Our original harmony vocalist, Meg Beattie Patrick, used to refer to great things or great opportunities as "ultimate Frisbee." The phrase kicked around in my mind for a while and then Amy and I cooked up some "tall tale" stories about things a Frisbee could do that would make it "ultimate" like delivering notes around the block or even delivering a glass of lemonade to a thirsty mom working in the backyard. Kindie glam rocker Ron "Polka Dot!" Albanese was a natural choice to join me on this vocal duet, set to a 70s arena rock vibe.

I love to play catch with this flying disc
Since my daddy showed me how It's all in the wrist
I practiced and practiced as hard as I could
It took a thousand throws and now I'm pretty good

I wanted to play with my friend down the block
I sent an invitation that saved me a walk
I taped a note on the top of the disc
And I gave a good throw at a pace that was brisk

And I sent a cool drink to my mom in the yard
